Non-refundable Credits: Once a credit has been used to generate a message, the credit cannot be refunded. This is because the credit is used to cover the API call we make to OpenAI to generate the message, and these costs are incurred immediately.
System Errors: If you encounter a system error during the message generation process (e.g., if your credit is deducted but you do not receive the generated message), please contact us. You can email us at support@lastworkingday.co or fill out our contact form at Contact Us. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
